2009 was a great year for me and caking. I made my 1st wedding cake, had a plethora of cake ball orders and got to try out a few new techniques. My activity has been slow lately, which has been a nice break, but I'm SO ready to gear up and dig into some fondant soon! 2010 looks equally busy and at this point includes two weddings and a minimum of five birthdays. I'll throw some cupcakes in there for good measure for dh to take to work, because although tedious, cupcake toppers are fun and cute!
