Mother's Day

I made a really cute Mother's Day cake for dd's daycare caretaker this past weekend and of course, I failed to take pictures.

It was a very simple, 6" three layer yellow cake with pink buttercream frosting. I then covered it with thin strips of green fondant and topped with pink and orange ribbon roses. I did get a picture with my camera phone, but unfortunately, it doesn't have email capabilities.

Hopefully 'Sarah' will email me a picture as she promised she would. I haven't made a cake in while to share here, and I was looking forward to posting this one.

Finally got the picture off my camera phone. Thanks Kara!
