I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter!
I made HUGE bunny cookies for my daughter and her friends to decorate, using a template I found on-line. It was as easy as using a firm piece of cardboard as my guide and tracing/cutting the cookie dough with an exact-o knife. I had to bake these up pretty firm so the ears wouldn't fall right off when moving, but with 3 and 4-year olds in the room, there were bound to be a few broken bunny ears. Good thing that doesn't affect the taste!!
All that's needed is your favorite sugar cookie recipe, royal icing and food-safe pens (I have Americolor Food Writer Pens, but Wilton makes a similar pen)!
